This 1/2 oz. Pepper Shot Pepper Spray is your portable defense solution. Its compact size and built-in key ring makes it convenient to carry on your person at all times. It also comes equipped with a locking actuator to prevent accidental usage, making it safe to have on you. However, don’t be fooled by its tiny size. This 1/2 oz. Pepper Shot Pepper Spray contains 10% OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) and produces 2 million Scoville Heat Units. Its effectiveness is further enhanced by using fine grain pepper that is far more efficient than coarse grain pepper. This pepper spray not only causes pain in your attacker, it will swell up the mucous membranes and veins in the eyes, making breathing difficult and opening the eyes impossible. This temporary damage will last for 20-30 minutes. The pepper spray will also release an invisible UV dye that will mark the assailant and aid in identifying him/her after the attack. Each canister contains five one-second bursts and sprays up to 8 feet. This product has a 36-month shelf life and is made in the USA.
